What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express, or you can pay using your PayPal account.

Unfortunately we can't accept payment by cheque or money transfer.

What are your postage charges?

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders that are £9.99 and over.

UK Delivery under £9.99 = £2.99

UK Express Delivery = £6.99

UK Saturday Delivery = £8.99

Worldwide International Delivery = £9.99

When will I receive my order? 

Your order will be processed and sent out within 1 working day and orders are usually received the next day but can take up to 3-5 working days. If a slightly longer delay is anticipated we will let you know immediately via email. Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out for next day delivery. 

If you need your order desperately just let us know and we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive orders outside the UK? 

Estimated delivery times for international orders is 5-7 business days but please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.

My order hasn’t arrived? 

If you haven’t received your goods within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately on 0870 766 2639 or at customersupport@bodybling.co.uk

All international orders are sent via a tracked postal service and we will do our best to track any parcels that have not reached you. Delays are possible due to customs clearance - which can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.

For customers outside of the EU, please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay any import taxes/customs duties.

How do I send my order back for a refund / exchange?

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Body Bling offers you 7 days from the day of receipt to return any unwanted goods.

All our orders are carefully checked prior to despatch but we advise that customers carefully check their purchase immediately upon receipt.  

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for pierced ears and navel jewellery, if the sealed plastic bag they are sent in has been opened.

Please contact us to obtain your RMA number before making any returns.

Items that are returned must be in the original condition and packaging that they were sent in and must not be worn or tampered with. Please ensure to add your name, address, telephone number and order number with the items that are being returned to speed up the returns process. 

Please do not return an order without contacting us first, via email or telephone.

We are unable to compensate for any lost or undelivered items, therefore please send returns via RECORDED DELIVERY for your proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for any items until they reach the Body Bling premises. Postage costs for returns cannot be reimbursed.

Please send us your unwanted goods within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

Your card will be reimbursed on receipt of the goods or an exchange can be made where applicable.

We have the right to refuse a refund for any item received after 30 days and may send the item back.

Your statutory rights are not affected. 

I have received my order but it is damaged / faulty?

If your purchase is unsatisfactory or arrives damaged in transit please inform us immediately on 0870 766 2639 or at customersupport@bodybling.co.uk and we will replace the item(s) at our expense.
