For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for pierced ears and navel jewellery.

Items that are returned must be in the original condition that they were sent in and must not be worn or tampered with. Please ensure to add your name, address, telephone number and order number with the items that are being returned to speed up the returns process. We are unable to refund on items that have been worn, tampered with and not in the original condition that they were sent in. Please do not return an order without contacting us first, via email or telephone.
We are unable to compensate for any lost or undelivered items, therefore please send returns via recorded delivery for your proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for any items until they reach the BODYBLING premises. Postage costs for returns can not be reimbursed. |
